I will be back next week. We finally finished up a move from an older home into a brand new place with a glorious kitchen that just cries out to be used.

There is an island that is 3′ x 8′. 24 sq ft of wide open space for all kinds of baking and whipping up of gastronomic delights.

So stay tuned. I’ll start serving up all kinds of tasty gluten-free treats.

And with this new kitchen, I’m finally going to do pursue a dream of mine – a youtube channel / podcast of gluten-free cooking. A short “show” chock full of a variety of gluten-free recipes and tips and tricks to delicious fare.
