I live in Portland, so finding out about New Cascadia is a godsend! I can't even remember if I ever searched for GF dedicated bakeries since my diagnosis in February, but since it's new I don't feel too bad for being out of the loop. Bonus is that a lot of their products are also vegan, so I don't have to worry about my dairy and egg allergies; they also say they don't use soy flour! Being allergic to all four categories (G,D,S,E) is a total pain and I really hate baking. Thanks!!! Very glad your sister is on the mend!
